This office building is designed with a concept that seamlessly blends modernity with the lushness of nature, creating a work environment that fosters creativity and enhances employees’ quality of life.
Main Concept: The Green Workplace
The core idea—“The Green Workplace”—focuses on creating a building rich with vertical greenery, functioning as a “vertical forest” that helps reduce heat and increase fresh air on every level.
Key Architectural Features
Vertical gardens and mature trees: A signature element of the project is the integration of trees and planting on balconies and intermediate landings on every floor, giving the building a vibrant, nature-connected character.
Modern Tropical architecture: The architecture uses clean, contemporary lines, highlighted by expansive glazing that welcomes natural light. Steel louvers and strategic planting provide solar shading and depth to the façade.
Open-plan workspaces: Floors 2 and 3 are designed as open-plan offices, allowing employees to fully enjoy views of the vertical gardens and surrounding scenery—creating a relaxed atmosphere free from a sense of confinement.
Level 3.5 retreat space: The upper half-level (3.5) is planned as a multipurpose area for dining, meetings, or relaxation. Full-height glazing on all sides opens wide city views and enhances the sense of openness.
