OFFICE K.BOW

Green & Smart Office

This four-storey office building is designed with a concept that harmoniously blends urban work efficiency with the tranquility of nature, creating an environment that promotes both well-being and creativity among employees.

Main Concept: Green & Smart Office
The main concept, “Green & Smart Office,” focuses on modern architecture that emphasizes sustainability and coexistence with nature. The building acts as a “vertical oasis”, filtering air, reducing heat from the exterior, and fostering a healthier workspace.

Key Design Features
Vertical Sunshades (Vertical Fins): The most distinctive feature of the building is the vertical sunshade panels installed across the façade. These not only enhance the architectural aesthetics but also serve a practical purpose—filtering direct sunlight and reducing heat gain, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

Integration of Green Spaces: Plants and greenery are systematically placed in planters along each balcony, bringing vitality and a sense of nature to the building. These vertical green elements contribute to air purification and provide a calming visual connection to the natural world.

Elevated Structure: The building is raised on large concrete columns, allowing the ground level to remain open and airy. This space can be used for parking, reception, or outdoor relaxation areas, enhancing both functionality and spatial flow.

Modern and Open Design: The use of large glass panels on the lower floors creates a bright, open interior filled with natural light. Meanwhile, the sunshade fins on the upper levels provide privacy and effective light control, balancing openness with comfort and energy efficiency.
