CHINESE HOUSE

Modern Chinese Heritage

This residence is designed with the concept of blending traditional Chinese architecture with modern design, creating a home that feels warm, serene, and deeply connected to its cultural roots.

Main Concept: Modern Chinese Heritage
The main idea, “Modern Chinese Heritage,” reinterprets classic Chinese architectural elements to suit contemporary living. The design emphasizes the use of natural materials and fine craftsmanship, resulting in a tranquil yet elegant atmosphere that honors tradition while embracing modernity.

Key Design Features
Grand Wooden Columns: A defining feature of the residence is the use of large red wooden columns arranged symmetrically. These symbolize stability and strength in Chinese culture, while also lending a majestic presence to the entrance area.

Traditional Chinese Gable Roofs: The layered gable roofs with extended eaves not only provide protection from sun and rain but also reflect the essence of traditional Chinese architecture, giving the home a distinctive and timeless character.

Contemporary Wooden Louvers: Adapted wooden louvers are used to decorate the façade and the second-floor balcony. They help filter sunlight and maintain privacy while allowing natural ventilation and a sense of openness that feels both traditional and modern.

Elegant Entrance: The main entrance is designed as an open, spacious hall with large wooden doors and a minimalist front garden. This creates a welcoming and graceful approach that conveys warmth and hospitality.
