Urban Sanctuary
The interior design concept of this bedroom located near the BTS Skytrain focuses on creating a space that blends minimalist simplicity with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, turning the room into a peaceful and organized personal retreat amidst the bustling city.
Main Concept: Urban Sanctuary
The main concept, Urban Sanctuary, envisions the room as a private oasis in the heart of the city, designed to offer relaxation and calm from the fast-paced urban lifestyle. The design emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and comfort in every square meter of space.
Key Design Elements
Warm and Relaxing Color Palette: Soft neutral tones such as white, grey, and light brown from wooden furniture create a warm and soothing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Efficient Space Utilization: The layout is thoughtfully organized to separate the sleeping area from the living area using furniture placement. This enhances spatial clarity, making the room look tidy and comfortable.
Layered Lighting Design: A combination of ceiling downlights and a floor lamp beside the sofa adds depth and warmth to the space, allowing the ambiance to be adjusted based on the resident’s mood or activity.
Connection with the Outdoors: Large windows and sliding glass doors allow ample natural light to fill the room, while grey blackout curtains and sheer white drapes provide flexibility in controlling privacy and brightness.
Simplicity and Order: The use of clean-lined, functional furniture and the reduction of unnecessary decorations create a sense of spaciousness and visual harmony—embodying the essence of modern minimalist living.
