WIRUT HOUSE

Vertical Green Oasis

This building is designed with the concept of creating a living and working space that seamlessly blends modern architecture with the lush tranquility of nature, catering to the lifestyle of a large urban family.

Main Concept: Vertical Green Oasis
The core idea—“Vertical Green Oasis”—focuses on introducing greenery in a vertical dimension, with trees and gardens integrated on every level, from balconies to the rooftop. The result is a vertical forest-like home that evokes a true sense of serenity and privacy amid the cityscape.

Key Features
Clearly defined functions: The first floor is designed as an office space to accommodate daily work activities, while the second to sixth floors serve as residential areas for the extended family. Each floor is designated for one family, ensuring clear spatial organization and comfort.

Greenery on every level: A defining feature of the building is the incorporation of plants and trees on every balcony and terrace, giving the façade a lively and natural character. This not only enhances air quality but also helps reduce heat and creates a relaxing, refreshing atmosphere throughout the building.

Modern and functional architecture: The design features clean, modern lines with white vertical screens forming the façade. These screens act as both sunshades and privacy filters, protecting the interior from direct sunlight and external views while maintaining a sleek and elegant appearance.

Design for privacy: Each family occupies an entire floor, separated by vertical gardens that provide natural privacy while maintaining a visual and emotional connection among family members. Shared spaces and the office area on the ground floor serve as communal zones that bring everyone together.
