TERRA LINE HOUSE

Tropical Modern Residence Construct

The design of this two-story residence in Bang Phli District follows the principle of “Tropical Modern Living,” aiming to create a home that harmoniously blends modern aesthetics with comfort, warmth, and a deep connection to nature.

Main Concept: Tropical Modern Residence
This project features approximately 800 square meters of usable space and adopts a Tropical Modern design approach. The house is horizontally laid out to align with the shape of the owner’s land, emphasizing openness, balance, and ventilation suited to Thailand’s tropical climate. The design highlights simplicity, natural integration, and contemporary elegance.

Key Architectural Features
Horizontal and Vertical Composition: The architectural design plays with horizontal and vertical lines, alternating between latticework and railings, creating a visual rhythm and balanced façade that enhances spatial harmony.

Warm Earth-Toned Palette: The color scheme consists of dark earth tones with a warm undertone, evoking calm and sophistication. The black latticework and Sahara Grey aluminum panels complement the palette, giving the house a refined yet grounded appearance that harmonizes with its surroundings.

Tropical Comfort and Natural Ventilation: Large openings allow for natural light and cross-ventilation, reducing dependence on artificial cooling systems. Shaded terraces and overhangs protect the interior from direct sunlight while maintaining an open and airy atmosphere.

Natural Materials and Finishes: Interior finishes include teak and makha wood flooring, which add warmth, texture, and a natural charm to the modern design. These materials create a welcoming, handcrafted character that connects the living space to nature.

Construction Progress: Currently, construction is 95% complete, with interior decoration underway. Built-in furniture installation will follow, completing a cohesive design that blends architectural clarity, material richness, and tropical comfort.
